Yesterday, I read an interesting article shared by a friend.
Yes, it is true.
Many of our young graduates who turned to be entrepreneurs still struggling and juggling with their businesses after years in it.
Some are still running around managing their business even after 7 years.
Especially those in business, specific skills in operation and expertise in a focus area should not made him a slave to his own business.
Our expectation and plan in business should enable us to work with other people and completing tasks through them.
The business model which we created, should allow others to do the same.
The ability to work with smarter people, technically and analytically more capable than ourselves to achieve business objective is the REAL CHALLENGE. It is called, ‘leadership’.
NOTE:
My personal experience in business was also obvious…and dramatic.
