Short and Sweet!
Meetings are important.
However, many meetings end-up to be a social and gathering meetings rather than serving the real purpose of a meeting. As long as the objectives of the meeting being met, it can be done even in 5 minutes time standing by my car. It must be recorded.

Below are some items that could be considered when conducting meetings: 1. Plan, schedule and location. Every meetings need to be planed and scheduled. Most imprtanat, it sdould not be taking so much of the team members time to travel.
The location and frequency of the meetings will need to be in the schedule too. Initially, I loved to have meetings casually in a location where we can meet and enjoy a cup of coffee.
Later, I found that the type of meetings that I conducted will depend on how serious the the content is when it comes to choose the location.
For a brainstorming session and to make decision, meetings need to be done in a more formal settings. whereas, if it is updates and reports presentation it could be a little leisure-like environment.
2. Study the meeting needs When I found that there are already enough meeting conducted, I decided to focus on personal coaching. However, personal coaching will need more effort and time as it caters to individual needs. This I did for all the team leader. Results differ too.
Conduct meetings when only we need one!
3. Content and agenda Prepare ahead wht to be discussed so everyone will be ready to attend the meetings. Do not let their mind to come ’empty’ for a meeting.
Be prepared. Let others ready.
4. Action plan This is the serious part. Every meeting need to be recorded in a so called as a ‘minutes of meeting’. This will help to ensure that the points resolved in the meeting are taken into action.
Impact of all meetings will depend specifically on your objectives.
