20th December 2015
I don’t have much share lately. My current workload in a fulltime job has left me little time to explore on activities which I love doing.
Well, at least I still manage to read. Flipping through interesting books and illustrations is a big deal for me.
Recently, I had an opportunity given by an old friend of mine, Lina. She was my co-worker during my early years in early childhood education line.
“How about sharing some activities with Moms or Dads?” Lina said while we were having lunch together.
“What?”
“Yeah. Just like the one you used to conduct. This time around, let’s have it with Moms, Dads and their kids.”
“Urmmm….”
“Hey, you have your own kids. Why that urmmm… comes out?”
I grinned. Yes, I miss those days. The days when I can jump, sing, hop and run around with the kids. The days when I can draw, scribble, paint, glue and paste almost anything with the children.
Lina still got herself excited. “Come on! Give it a shot!”
“Alright. Let’s make a little plan. Shall we meet again next year?”
Then everything changed, at least for once in that very special year.
