MENGURUS BISNES PENDIDIKAN

For small business owners, managing people in the business has become more challenging. With the latest change in the way how business works, managing talent has become the main concern.

It is no longer getting people to do their work, achieving KPIs and maintaining their schedule of work in place. It has come to a higher expectations from all stakeholders in company for the output of any business operations.

Employment is a continuous cycle and considered a long process for each depending on many factors. From HR planning until the end of an employee’s contract in an organisation, it takes a whole lot of effort, yet rewarding.

Another challenge for the company is to get the right HR personnel with a strong knowledge and wisdom to advise and work together with the management team of the company.

For small business, the challenges normally starts from how the founders and owners work on the business. Though we may not able to find many which grows, but there are significant data that shows small business are the highest contributors towards the nation’s employment.

Being business owners who started a venture and go through the journey of entrepreneurship, there could be many that differ from how big corporation manage their businesses.

Having said that, by supporting small businesses grow through skills, knowledge and building the right mind set among the people will be the best choice that we have as part of the stakeholders in business chains operation as a whole.

Sadly but true, while many small business owners work hard to get their employee to love the company and be loyal (work for long), the truth remain that each individual have their own plan. Either in life and career, it is always become the right for employees to move and change their workplace.

In business, challenges are to be faced and tackle wisely. On with that, all businesses prosper and grow as they contributes significantly to the growth of the nation as a whole.
