Go for the solutions.

When focus on the solution, we will not have time to grief over a situation we can’t control. 

Entrepreneurship is a journey of choice. Once we decided to embark on one, we need to be ready with the consequences. 

We may have issues with our customers in regards of payment or customer satisfaction. What can we do? 

1. Review the process involved in the particular issues. Change and adjust if necessary. 

2. Find out whether it is a technical difficulties or something else. If it is technical, deal technically. 

3. Prepare or adjust necessary policy on the issues. Documented them so the whole team can refer. 

4. Keep the level professionalism when dealing with such issues. The use of online media may be the last choice you may want to opt. 

At the end of the day, being tactful in dealing with business situations is another useful capabilities as a leader in an organisation.
